Il nuovo MV401EXP unisce in un'unica macchina l'alta qualità di cattura video dei sistemi Darim e l'ultima
versione del software di encoding H.264 e Microsoft Windows Media 9.
Il sistema è costituito da un potente sistema embedded ( con l'utilizzo di una FlashRAM ) capace di codificare video e audio dal vivo
nel formato compresso H.264 e Windows Media 9 Full D1 720x576 25 fps o in formati inferiori / MultiStream.
Il sistema e' ideale per il collegamento via IP di centri di posproduzione o studi televisivi con Stadi, Enti, Fiere, meetings e laddove serve portare video + audio di alta qualita' con il semplice protocollo TCP/IP e con bande da 1.6 fino a oltre 3.5 Mbits si ha la vera qualita' televisiva Broadcast anche con uscita genlock o SDI.
MV401EXP ha ingresso video SDI, YUV, composito, Y/C ( super VHS ) e audio XLR Bilanciato; si collega direttamente alla rete via RJ45.
Questo rende il server MV401EXP il generatore di contenuti multimediali ideale per distribuire su Internet contributi video dal vivo e flussi streaming.
Inoltre, il sistema può essere utilizzato per convertire file AVI in formati H.264 e Windows Media 9 Full D1 720x576 25 fps o in formati inferiori / MultiStream.
AFFIDABILITA'
MV401EXP è uno strumento particolarmente affidabile grazie alla sua architettura embedded che in caso di arresto gli permette di ripartire automaticamente;
al suo interno la memoria flash integra il sistema operativo professionale Windows NT OEM e il software applicativo necessario.
GESTIONE REMOTA
La gestione e il controllo dei flussi di streaming avviene via rete ( Internet, Intranet o Lan ) utilizzando il tool WME Remote Control System che permette
l'amministrazione e la personalizzazione dei parametri di riproduzione come gli ingressi video e audio, bitrate e dimensioni del video.
CONTENT DISTRIBUTION
MV401exp è in grado di gestire streaming con target multipli, ovvero con un unico flusso è possibile servire contenuti a client che si collegano
alla rete contemporaneamente con capacità di banda differenti, ad esempio Adsl, HDSL, Satellite, Fibra Ottica, Rete Locale ecc...
SCALABILITA'
In caso di particolari e più complesse necessità in ambito di applicazioni di video streaming su Internet, MV401exp è pronto per distribuire
il flusso video codificato a server H.264 e Windows Media 9 per permettere a migliaia di utenti simultaneamente di connettersi e godere della qualità del video
compresso direttamente tramite il loro browser.
In questi casi, generalmente per un utenza superiore a 25 connessioni simultanee, è possibile indirizzare il flusso unicast del MV401EXP al
Server Windows Media Distribution System che non solo permette la distribuzione multicast ma anche la registrazione su hard disk dei
filmati per un successivo utilizzo su rete e on demand.
L'MV401EXP e l'MV410EXP si combinano come soluzione ideale per la trasmissione via network terrestre o satellitare a lunga distanza di video + audio di qualita'.
MV401EXP offre un ottimo rapporto di compressione in formato H.264 o WM9 senza sacrificare la qualita' video ed audio ; ed inoltre MV410EXP permette di trasmettere piu' canali video + audio sullo stesso canale dove oggi si trasmette in MPEG2 ; questo non solo accresce il numero di canali ma fa' risparmiare tempo e denaro.

It is deal for companies who are currently experiencing problems when delivering high quality video over bandwidth-constrained networks or those who want to carry out internet streaming over low bit-rate broadband lines. Its ultra slim, professional 1U box also means it can be used where space is limited.
Designed to operate using the Internet, Corporate Networks, LAN or IP- over-satellite links and based on solid-state memory embedded design, this new system from Darim consistently performs A/V encoding, streaming, reception and decoding day after day. Either WM9/VC1 or H.264 (MPEG4 part 10) can be chosen for low bitrate streaming and the system is perfect for applications where the available bandwidth is between 1Mbps and 2.5Mbps per channel.
To maintain the highest quality of compressed video stream, the Darim MV401EXP encoder uses real time video filtering, adaptive noise reduction and de-interlacing hardware. The filtering greatly improves compression ratio and permits more efficient network bandwidth utilisation. It is also is equipped with professional A/V interface connectors and carries enough horsepower to encode multimedia content with several different parameters simultaneously, this makes it suitable for various types of viewers especially those using broadband and mobile applications including PC and TV playout and mobile platforms. A connection to the Windows Media Service 2003® is highly recommended for greater efficiency in advanced applications such as streaming to hundreds or thousands of Internet users.
The MV401EXP-H.264 encodes both live H.264 video at full D1 resolution and up to 4 channels of MPEG AAC audio and live Windows Media 9 and Windows Media 9 Professional video and audio. In addition, advanced profile WM9 encoding supports interlaced video when required and allows low-latency unicast and multicast IP streaming of H.264/AAC encoding unit. It further supports SDI/ SDI-embedded audio, S-video, composite and component video inputs.
In addition to the remote configuration GUI, both encoder and decoder support IPMI technology for remote monitoring of internal temperature and voltage sensors inside the box. Automatic Watchdog function ensures that a system reboots and resumes operation quickly in case of an unexpected problem. Also available are emergency system shutdown/reset functions.
For ease of use, the Dual Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports provide additional flexibility and redundancy while remote operation/ configuration and status monitoring can be carried out via LAN/ Internet. It has also been designed with a convenient LCD front panel with optional navigation buttons and an emergency RS232 console connection that can be used in case of network troubles
Along with this exciting new addition to the marketplace, Digivision Milano Italy can also provide solutions for IP set-top boxes from Complete Media Systems and Amino.
