SIP Digital Stream Bus
The Datapath SIP video bus operates at 5Gb/s and is used to broadcast the captured video to the graphics adapters. Each graphics adapter has 4 video overlay processors, one per display channel. The overlay processors select the required video channel from the SIP video stream, crops and scales the video window onto the output channel. Each overlay processor has 16 scalers and cropping units allowing up to 16 video windows to be positioned on each display output. (Maximum 64 windows per graphics adapter)
